The role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience with digital platforms, all while staying aligned with the hotel's brand positioning and goals.

Job Description

· 
·  Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and web-direct growth bookings for rooms, F&B outlets and events
·  Lead multi-channel digital campaigns across social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing in collaboration with external partners
·  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in all digital touchpoints
·  Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI online 

Qualifications

·  Has digital marketing agency experience- minimum 2 years
·  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
·  Proven experience (5+ years) in a digital marketing role, preferably in hospitality or a related field.
·  Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media platforms.
·  Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, content marketing, and influencer marketing.
·  Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
·  Creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
·  Data-driven approach with an ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
·  Knowledge of design and content creation tools is a plus (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
