Job description
Key tasks
- Support General Manager in the general Digital Marketing Strategy for hotels.
- Focus on SEO & Social Media and work with hotel teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implement on all websites.
- Training and mentoring of hotel teams in SEO techniques / updates.
- Depoying Chat Bots and developing strategic lead generation sites.
- Manage relationship with hotel teams to ensure smooth and cohesive performance between hotel and cluster.
- Support Hotels in Social Media strategy in conjunction with Cluster Social Medi Specialist.
- Develop digital strategies specific to each hotel and action with hotel teams to ensure targets and results are driven both for rooms and Food & Beverage.

Essential and optional requirements
- At least 2 years experience in the same position, has experience in Accorhotels Group is an advantage.
- Bachelor in Communication, Advertising or Marketing Specialization or other related areas is a plus
- Knowledgeable of wordPress CMS management.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in Google Analytics Reporting/ Google Data Studio.
- Knowledgeable of Social Media Management and Serch Engine Optimisation.
- Possesses a positive and cheerful attitude.
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Thai.
