·  Ensure the safety of pool users by maintaining constant vigilance and enforcing pool rules and regulations.
·  Perform lifesaving techniques and administer first aid as required.
·  Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pool area and surrounding facilities.
·  Conduct regular equipment checks and report any maintenance issues promptly.
·  Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest enquiries and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
·  Contribute to the spa's sales efforts and promote various services and activities within the resort.
·  Assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the pool area, adhering to established standards and procedures.
·  Participate in regular training sessions to maintain and improve lifesaving skills and knowledge.
·  Comply with all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of pool chemicals.
·  Perform opening and closing procedures for the pool area as assigned.
·  Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the hotel's uniform and grooming standards.
·  Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
