Job Description

Organise and manage your kitchen section to ensure smooth, productive, and high-quality service.

Prepare and present menu items with consistency, creativity, and attention to cost and standards.

Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance , while supporting team communication and collaboration.
Qualifications

Trade qualification with proven experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.

Strong kitchen management and teamwork skills , with the ability to coach and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for hospitality , with flexibility, integrity, and a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences.
