Job Description

Organise and manage your kitchen section efficiently to ensure smooth, timely service.

· 
Prepare and present diverse menu items that meet hotel standards and cost targets.

· 
Maintain cleanliness, stock control, and proper food storage , supporting kitchen operations.

Qualifications

· 
Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen with solid food preparation skills.

· 
Strong teamwork and communication abilities , with a focus on flexibility and productivity.

· 
Passion for hospitality , personal integrity, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
