Job Description
The C&E Supervisor is responsible for running the daily Conference & Events service, and assisting the Banquet Operations Manager and the Food & Beverage Operations Manager - Conference & Events in providing high levels of customer service, directly leading the team by example.
The C&E Supervisor role is 'hands on', working as part of a team to provide fast efficient food and beverage service, whilst ensuring that the team meets guests’ expectations by following brand standards, hygienic food and beverage handling procedures.
Qualifications
· Previous Supervisory experience working in a Conference & Events setting is preferred
· Must hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (state relevant)
· Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, relationship and networking skills
· Time management skills with the ability to multitask
· Strong personal integrity
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members
