Job Description

· 
Prepare pastry items following standard recipes and portion control

· 
Handle daily mise-en-place and basic pastry preparation

· 
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance

· 
Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely

· 
Manage ingredients and daily stock efficiently

· 
Follow Accor safety, security, and sustainability standards

Qualifications

·  Minimum Primary school education
·  Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
·  Oral proficiency in English language
·  Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
