Job Description

• Maximizes the total revenue turnover of the hotels according to the Accor RM guidelines aiming to RGI and GOP optimization.

• Ensures a coherent positioning of the different hotels in the area in terms of pricing, visibility and segmentation mix.

• Monitors and responds to changing market conditions through detailed business intelligence analysis.

• Ensures the coherence of sales actions and pricing strategies according to the segmentation mix strategy.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and communication skills combined with creativity and innovation “Outside the box thinker”.

• Expert RM Skills with a focus on ADR maximization, GOP optimization through total revenue focus.

• Experience in Luxury settings, preferably in a cluster role.

• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Opera. IDeaS would be highly appreciated, Micros-Fidelio is a plus.
