The hotel offers 243 rooms and suites from Deluxe rooms to Presidential suites, an all Day Dining restaurant, lobby bar, meeting rooms, swimming pool, gym, and spa.

Job Description

• Helps encourage customer loyalty by developing friendly, personalised relationships
• Gives priority to guest relations, while taking care to respect administrative procedures
• Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration
• Responsible to ensure that all information relating to a reservation is keyed correctly into the system and is of highest quality, and errors are kept to an absolute minimum.

Qualifications

·  Previous customer related experience an asset
·  Must possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal communication skills
·  Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
·  High communication skills verbal and written. Perfect use of English. Command of Arabic will be considered and important asset
