Job Description

·  Be available to personally assist guests and respond promptly to their requirements in line with Sofitel Luxury service expectations.
·  Ensure personalised, efficient, luxury service is provided to all guests.
·  Embrace the service culture of Butler service.
·  To provide warm, welcoming service without compromise to all guests.
·  Work cohesively as a team member.
·  Report to the supervisor at all times during the rostered shift and complete all duties assigned by the supervisors and team leaders.
·  To initiate contact with hotel guests to offer individual services and to ensure guest satisfaction. ·
·  Concierge services within the Club Millesime
·  Liaise with Chef/Kitchen brigade to ensure service times are adhered to.
·  Check ordered meals on collection from kitchen and deliver to guests promptly to maintain temperature and appearance, ensure items are announced.
·  Ensure all Food & Beverage is served according to Club Millesime standards and exceeds the expectations of our guests.
·  Ensure the presentation of Food & Beverage within Club Millesime is of a high, luxury service standard.
·  Maintain product knowledge of all menus and wine lists in order to advise and make recommendations to guests.
·  Ensure you have a good understanding of allergens and dietary requirements.
·  Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy.
·  Ensure all mis-en-place is completed prior to guests’ arriving.
·  Carry out any additional duties as requested by the Club Millesime Manager and designated Club Millesime leaders.
·  Be available to personally assist guests and respond promptly to their requirements in line with Sofitel Luxury service expectations.

Qualifications

·  Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.  
·  Experience within a similar role.
·  Strong communication skills.
·  Always display a professional appearance, representing our Sofitel brand. 
·  Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays.
