Job Description

Situated within the prestigious Sofitel London St James, Wild Honey is a celebrated Michelin Star restaurant, known for its exceptional culinary experiences and impeccable service. We take pride in offering a sophisticated and welcoming environment where guests can indulge in the finest flavours.

We are currently seeking for a talented and professional Chef de Rang to join our exceptional front-of-house team, delivering outstanding culinary experiences with warm, attentive, and seamless service.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

·  Provide a friendly, professional, and courteous service to guests and colleagues at all times.
·  Present guests with the restaurant menu, offering guidance on availability and daily specials.
·  Maintain constant floor coverage and actively engage with guests to enhance their experience.
·  Attend and participate in pre-service briefings and ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
·  Develop a solid understanding of the food and beverage menus to confidently advise guests.
·  Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all service areas.

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in a fine dining or Michelin-starred environment is highly desirable.
·  A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
·  Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a proactive approach to service.
·  Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
·  The ability to work efficiently in a high-standard environment.
·  A desire to continuously learn and develop expertise in fine dining service.
·  Flexibility to work evening shifts, as this position is mainly for dinner service.
·  Please note you must be entitled to work in the UK since we do  not  sponsor VISA for this position.
