Job Description

Prepare and present a variety of menu items with creativity and in line with hotel standards and cost control.

Supervise the kitchen team when Head and Sous Chefs are absent , delegating duties to ensure service excellence.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, stock control, and food safety across your section.
Qualifications
·
Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or high-volume restaurant.
·
Strong leadership and communication skills , with the ability to supervise and support team members.
·
Excellent food preparation knowledge , attention to detail, and commitment to hygiene and efficiency.
