Job Description

The Chef De Partie is responsible for overseeing the individual operational aspects of respective kitchen section and respective section of each subordinate in meeting set standards.

Qualifications

·  Previous pre-opening and 5-star hotel experience is an advantage.
·  Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
·  Good communication and customer contact skills
·  With 2 years experience in similar role
