As a Chef de Partie we are looking for people who have:
• An interest to produce food to a high quality and standard
• The ability to comply with the food and hygiene regulations
• Co-ordination skills to organise daily tasks
• A high level of personal cleanliness and presentation
• A good level of spoken English

You will be responsible for:
• Producing food for all departments as set down by the Executive Chef
• Creating new ideas for menus and to trial them
• Working within a vibrant environment
 Producing mise en place as per mise en place list, inform manager/ supervisor about any stock shortages before service
• Maintaining safe and hygienic work environment
