Job Description

·  Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset
·  Helps the sous chef  in all his/her duties
·  Carries out and coordinates the organisation, preparation, production, presentation and assures the high standard of culinary services offered to guests with guidance of sous chef
·  Helps, guide, and supervise commis to improve their skills for career development

Qualifications

·  Minimum 1-2 years previous experience within similar role as DCDP/CDP Pastry and Bakery
·  Good communications skills
·  Good knowledge of Pastry and Bakery product
·  Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
