Are you passionate about dogs and have a talent for customer service? We're seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Canine Ambassador to join our team in Tokyo, Japan. In this unique role, you'll be the face of our organization, representing both our brand and our furry friends.

·  Greet and welcome guest together with our Ms. Cerene, Black Labrador canine, CHO (Chief Happiness Officer) at the hotel entrance
·  Interact with guests and their canine companions, ensuring a positive experience for both
·  Organize and lead dog-friendly activities and events
·  Assist in developing and implementing new pet-friendly initiatives

Qualifications

·  Genuine love for dogs and a friendly, outgoing personality
·  Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese
·  Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with diverse groups of people and their pets
·  Knowledge of basic dog training techniques and canine behavior
·  Background in hospitality or customer service
·  Familiarity with pet care and wellness best practices
·  Certification in dog training or animal behavior (preferred)
·  First aid certification for pets (preferred)
·  Social media savvy with the ability to create engaging content
·  Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
·  Physical ability to handle dogs of various sizes and energy levels
·  Patience, empathy, and a calm demeanor in all situations
