Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Butler to join our esteemed team at Rixos The Palm Dubai Hotel & Suites. As a Butler in our luxury establishment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional, personalized service to our discerning guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.

·  Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs with the utmost attention to detail and discretion
·  Manage guest requests efficiently, including packing/unpacking, laundry services, and personal shopping
·  Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery
·  Maintain an organized and immaculate environment in guest suites and common areas
·  Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages as required
·  Assist with event planning and execution for private functions
·  Handle guest correspondence and manage schedules as needed
·  Ensure all service standards are met and exceeded consistently
·  Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requirements
·  Collaborate with team members to create a positive and luxurious guest experience
·  Adapt to changing situations and guest needs with flexibility and professionalism

Qualifications

·  Proven experience as a Butler or in a similar high-end hospitality role
·  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
·  Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guests' needs
·  Proficiency in etiquette, protocol, and luxury service standards
·  Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
·  Excellent time management and organizational skills
·  Problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making capabilities
·  Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
·  Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays
·  Professional appearance and demeanor
·  Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
·  Basic computer skills for guest correspondence and record-keeping
·  Preferably has fluency in Turkish and has good command of English
