Business Partner Talent & Culture (HR)

Would you want to be a cultural transformation advisor to all our partners and Accor employees? Would you like to support and advise the hotels and HQ needs? Are you looking for participating in the implementation of professional development actions for a big multinational company? To manage the T&C programs and projects for Partners and employees? To work in a company which is growing every year?
As a Talent & Culture (T&C) Business Partner, you will be reporting to the VP T&C Spain and Portugal and will work on a generalist HR role, in a very international atmosphere: working for Spain and Portugal and having a close relation with our corporate offices in France.
You will design and create different projects and contents related with Engagement, Employee Branding, recruitment, training, etc.
We are looking for someone who is able to sell new products and services to our partners, with the objective of aligning them with the global strategy, and create a reference of T&C business center to better service our hotels for the Peninsula.
There are plenty of things for you to do in this position, because we are looking for a very multidisciplinary role, amongst them:
1- Engagement: Employee survey yearly release and follow up of the action plans.
2- Recruitment: attraction for new talents, and coverage of the opened positions.
3- Motivation, development and talent: develop different programs and actions for our employees.
4. Diversity & inclusion: implementation of the diversity matters for the Peninsula.
5. People development: implement development programs for both business and support.
6. Reporting and metrics: reporting of the T&C values and balanced scorecard maintenance.
7. T&C Advisory: be the advisor and manage the Head offices issues.
8. Digital: to find digital solutions for a better T&C management.
9. Business Partner for the VPOs and understand the needs of the hotels and partners.
So if you want to understand the needs of our partners (hotel owners) and work on development, engagement, training, recruiting actions... This is your role!
You will be good at this position if you are able to communicate in different languages (fluent English is compulsory, others are highly valued, specially Portuguese and French), to make a good business out of our contents and projects, to be compliant with the annual budget, to participate in the growth of the business…
We are looking for someone with a bachelor´s degree, who has at least 3-5 years experience in HR generalist positions, who is used to working on the control of the department (reporting, dashboards, proposals, etc.).
We like strategic mindset, agile/ proactive kind of people, with good personal skills, client-oriented and creative people. Last but not least, you will need to be autonomous and organized.
