· Identify target market segments and develop tailored strategies to penetrate and capture market share.

Sales and Revenue Generation:
· Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable business agreements.
· Continuously explore new revenue streams, such as group bookings, events, packages, and ancillary services.

Customer Relationship Management:
· Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained to foster guest loyalty and positive reviews.
· Actively engage with guests to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Implement loyalty programs and retention strategies to encourage repeat business and enhance guest satisfaction.

Networking and Representation:
· Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and establish professional relationships.
· Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to remain competitive and adaptive in the market.

Reporting and Analysis:
· Track and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to assess effectiveness of business development strategies.
· Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights, achievements, and areas for improvement.
