Job Description

·  Drive guest acquisition and retention strategies to increase footfall and elevate brand presence.
· 
Develop and execute sales, marketing, and partnership plans to attract both local and international clientele.

· 
Lead business development initiatives for new venues and concepts under the R&Blab; portfolio. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, event planners, and lifestyle communities. event planners, and lifestyle communities.

Qualifications

· 
Proven track record in business development, hospitality sales, or F&B; management, ideally in the luxury or lifestyle segment.

· 
Strong network within Bangkok’s hospitality, corporate, and lifestyle circles.

· 
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
