Job Description

• Ensure that the guests arriving and leaving the hotel are warmly greeted and farewell.

• Offer assistance to the guest for delivery of luggage during arrival and departure at the lobby.

• Greet all guests passing by the front door.

• Open the door for the guests and always smile maintaining a positive attitude at the entrance.

• Assist chief concierge when required.

Qualifications

• Hospitality management related studies.

• Previous front office internship experience preferable ability to demonstrate passion for excellence.

• Good communication skills in Khmer and English.

• Attention to detail and quality, guest oriented mindset.
