Guests can also meet, entertain, or relax while enjoying distinct and enticing culinary experiences at Riviera Restaurant with an international à la carte menu, Corniche Ultra Lounge serving Tapas or experiencing delightful beverages at the Lobby Bar or Poolside Bar. The Fit Lounge is open 24/7, and the outdoor pool bathed in natural light, complemented by Pullman's unique amenities such as the Welcomer service, Signature Pullman bedding, Connectivity Lounge, and Co-Meeting criteria, ensuring a satisfying stay for all guests.

GENERAL MISSION

·  Reporting directly to Concierge.
·  He is responsible to ensure that the guests arriving and leaving the Pullman Vung Tau are warmly greeted and that any assistance is offered quickly when they need and request it. He will be active in performing the various tasks of the Concierge section and will be willing to help the guest at any time. All guests passing by the Front Door will be welcomed by the Bellman. The Bellman will always have smile and positive attitude
·  The schedule of the Bellman will rotate 24 hours a day.

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The Bellman will follow during the operations the instructions received by the (Chief) concierge.

·  Working Area

The Bellman will stand in the following areas

In front of the hotel door. Outside to open the car doors and greet the arriving guests.

·  Front door Operations

To participate actively in welcoming and greeting the guest as soon as he arrives at the hotel.

To open all the car doors

To pick up quickly the luggage from the car’s boot and to send them to the Concierge Desk Area.

To assist the Welcomer in opening the hotel doors for the guests.

To call taxi for guest and record their registration number carefully.

To give umbrellas to the hotel guests when raining.

·  Luggage Operations

To send the guests luggage from the hotel entrance to their room when they “check in” in the shorter time possible. If the luggage has to stand there, to tag the luggage and to give a copy to the guest.

To pick up the luggage from the guest room when it is requested and to send them to the lobby in the shorter time possible. To put a tag in each of them and to give a copy to the guest.

To coordinate with the Front Desk the room number and tag numbers to ensure that the correct numbers are collected.

To send the luggage to the store room when it is required and to keep full records.

To keep the store room clean and organized.

·  Other Tasks

To clean the trolley used by the Concierge section to keep them clean and shiny at any time.

The Bellman will bring the messages to the guest room or sections/employees of the hotel

·  Guest Services

The Bellman will assist the guest in the lobby when he needs information and guide him/her to the right counter or person

Privacy: The Bellman will be attentive to respect the privacy/confidentiality of the information, or guests name available. He will ensure not to transmit any guest name, or guest history information

·  Knowledge & Information

The Bellman afternoon shift will attend the required Briefings/Meetings and listen carefully the information mentioned.

The Bellman will attend the Briefing made by the (chief) Concierge at the beginning of the shift.

The Bellman will read the Concierge Logbook and be aware of its content.

The Bellman must be aware of the hotel activities, outlets & promotions.

·  Security issues

The Bellman has to know her duties & responsibility in the eventuality of fire.

The Bellman is responsible to follow all standards and procedures established at Pullman Vung Tau

To be responsible for adhering to Pullman Vung Tau staff rules and regulations as detailed in Pullman Vung Tau staff handbook.

To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties or job functions as required by Executive Management, Rooms Division Manager or (Chief) Concierge.

Degree in Hotel or related field

Fluent in Vietnamese, English communication, and a third language would be a plus
