Job Description

The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service and guest experiences in line with Pullman brand standards. Key responsibilities include:

 

·  Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
·  Provide warm, professional, and efficient service while engaging with guests to enhance their overall experience.
·  Maintain excellent knowledge of beverage menus, promotions, and special events; upsell premium products to maximize revenue.
·  Ensure responsible service of alcohol in compliance with hotel policies and local regulations.
·  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
·  Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory management, and minimize wastage.
·  Work collaboratively with service staff, kitchen, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
·  Attend training sessions and contribute to a positive working environment.

 

Qualifications

 

· 
Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Bartender in a hotel, bar, or reputable restaurant.

· 
Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.

· 
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia .

· 
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

· 
Well-groomed, energetic, and service-oriented personality.

· 
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.

· 
Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
