Job Description

·  Create, mix and serve alcoholic beverages and food to guests.
·  Ensure proper storage of liquor, fruit and equipment.
·  Plan drink menus and inform guests about new beverages and specials.
·  Record inventory and ordering supplies of the bar.
·  Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions and balancing the cash register.

Qualifications

·  Warm and engaging personality.
·  Previous experience as a Bartender, mixology skills is an asset.
·  Hospitality background is preferred. 
·  Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs.
·  Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
