Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional individual to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of mixology in one of the world's premier hospitality establishments.
· Expertly prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including complex signature cocktails, in accordance with established recipes and guest preferences
· Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and inventory management of the bar area at all times
· Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills, fostering a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere while adhering to the establishment's standards of excellence
· Operate point-of-sale systems with precision, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of all financial transactions
· Strictly adhere to all food safety regulations and local liquor laws, maintaining compliance at all times
· Conduct regular inventory assessments and implement proper stock rotation procedures to minimize waste and maintain product quality
· Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless and timely delivery of food and beverage orders
· Actively participate in ongoing professional development sessions to enhance mixology skills and stay current with industry trends and techniques
· Address customer inquiries and concerns with the utmost professionalism, implementing swift and appropriate resolutions to maintain guest satisfaction
Qualifications
· Minimum of two years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale establishment
· Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and spirits
· Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with discerning clientele
· Exceptional multitasking capabilities and advanced time management skills
· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a high-pressure environment
· Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
· Professional bartending certification strongly preferred
· Current food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) required, with commitment to maintaining up-to-date credentials
· Thorough understanding and strict adherence to local, state, and federal liquor laws and regulations
