Job Description

·  Prepare guests' orders promptly according to standards and ensure they are served in a timely manner.
·  Ensures bar maintenance and inventories are up to Fairmont Standards during the entire dining experience.
·  Prepares the beverage, food, and supplies requisition and monitors inventory levels, shortages and supplies.

Qualifications

·  Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field.
·  Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Bartender with a strong working knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines and spirits in a luxury hotel is an advantage.
·  Sophisticated communication and outstanding and prompt guest service skills.
·  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Micros or similar P.O.S systems.
