Job Description

·  Assist the Bartender to open and close the bar. 
·  Ensure the bar is well stocked with liquor, beer, spirits, garnishes, ice cubes and other products needed throughout their shift. 
·  Maintain inventory of glassware, silverware, stirrers, shakers, strainers and other bartending tools. 
·  Keeping the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles.
·  Taking orders, preparing drinks, bussing tables, opening tabs, and processing payments.

Qualifications

·  Previous experience as a Barman/Barback
·  Hospitality background is preferred
·  Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
