Job Description

·  Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and techniques. 
·  Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment efficiently and accurately
·  Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking and processing orders promptly.
·  Provide recommendations on coffee and menu items based on guest preferences and dietary needs.
·  Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including counter tops, equipment, and storage.
·  Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering and receiving deliveries.
·  Ensure consistent quality and presentation of beverages, maintaining high standards for taste and appearance.
·  Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper handling and storage of food and beverages

Qualifications

·  Prior experience in a similar role is required
·  Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and coffee beverages
·  Excellent customer service skills
·  Good communications skills
