Job Description
Revenue & Inventory Management
· Support daily management of room inventory, rate loading, and availability across all distribution channels.
· Monitor pick-up, booking pace, and market demand, and provide input to optimize yield and occupancy.
· Ensure correct application of rates, packages, promotions, and restrictions in PMS, CRS, and all booking channels.
· Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to increase ADR and overall revenue.
Reservations Operations
· Oversee daily reservation activities to ensure accurate, timely, and professional handling of all booking requests.
· Ensure reservation accuracy, including guest details, billing instructions, room types, and special requests.
· Monitor and manage waitlists, overbookings, and high-demand periods in coordination with Front Office and Revenue Management.
· Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and data protection requirements.
Team Leadership & Development
· Supervise and support Reservations Agents in daily operations.
· Conduct on-the-job coaching, performance feedback, and skills development.
· Ensure the team is trained in upselling, rate logic, and guest service excellence.
· Support the Reservation Manager in manpower planning, scheduling, and performance management.
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
· Handle complex or VIP reservations, group bookings, and special requests with care and professionalism.
· Resolve guest issues related to reservations promptly and effectively.
· Ensure accurate communication of guest preferences and requirements to Front Office, Butler, and other departments.
Reporting & Administration
· Prepare daily and weekly reservations reports (pickup, production, cancellations, no-shows, etc.).
· Monitor booking sources, market segmentation, and channel performance.
· Maintain accurate filing, documentation, and data integrity within all reservation systems.
Cross-Department Collaboration
· Work closely with Front Office, Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing to support demand strategies and promotions.
· Coordinate with Group Sales on group blocks, cut-off dates, and rooming lists.
· Ensure smooth handover of all reservations to Front Office and Guest Experience teams.
Qualifications
· Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
· Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in hotel reservations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role.
· Experience in luxury or international hotel brands is highly preferred.
· Excellent command of English.
