We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Bar Team Associate to join our vibrant establishment in Dartford, United Kingdom. As a key member of our bar team, you will play a crucial role in creating an enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

·  Greet customers warmly and take drink orders promptly and accurately
·  Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
·  Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
·  Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately
·  Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory management
·  Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods
·  Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drink selections to enhance customer experience
·  Enforce responsible drinking policies and age verification procedures
·  Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area for events or promotions

Qualifications

·  Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
·  Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well under pressure
·  Basic maths skills for handling cash and card transactions accurately
·  Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including popular cocktails
·  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
·  Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues
·  Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
·  Personal Licence is desirable but not essential
·  Food Hygiene Certificate is advantageous
·  Must be at least 18 years of age to serve alcohol (as per UK law)
·  Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
