Job Description

Bar Person - Nights Mixologist.
Are you passionate about guest interaction, creativity and hosting bar? As a Night Mixologist, bar person, you will work in our Clarkes Bar to create unforgettable evening experiences for our guests.

What you will be doing:

·  Engaging and interacting with guests
·  Mixing and serving beverages out of Clarkes Bar
·  Liaising internally with staff to ensure sufficient stock
·  General maintenance clearing and cleaning of Clarkes Bar

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

·  Service focused personality and a high standard of presentation is essential
·  A passion for creating an engaging but professional evening atmosphere
·  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
·  LCQ is an asset but not essential
