Job Description

Sofitel Sydney Wentworth  is looking for an experienced, skilled, organised & self-motivated Bar Team Leader to join our amazing Banquet's team of professionals.

As our  Banquets Team Leader , you will be leading and guiding the service team for the efficient running of the bar service during functions & events. You will work alongside the Banquets supervisors to ensure the smooth and efficient service of beverages.

Qualifications

What Are We Looking For?

·  Strong Beverage knowledge and skills working behind the bar
·  Good Understanding of Banquets, Functions & Events service style
·  Previous experience working in a bar or similar role  
·  RSA is a must
·  Flexibility with rostered shifts
