Banqueting Manager

Key tasks

You are responsible for the organisation and the quality of events organised for customers by the Banqueting department. You duty is to - Supervise the activity within your department - Manage reservation schedules - Participate in drawing up your department's annual budgets.

Liase with the clients to ensure the smooth running of their event.
Ensure that all events are staffed sufficiently
Stock control
Cash handling
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
