Job Description

·  Hands on management, closely supervises the Event/ Banquet operational support team in the performance of their duties
·  Ensures operation are in accordance with policies and procedures, in line with the hotel regulation and governmental law
·  Coordinates all departments involved in setting up the event in line with the agreed specifications (banqueting connector needs, Kitchen, Rooms, IT Solutions, outside contractors and service-providers)
·  Maximize business opportunities, up sell and cost reduction, without compromising standards
·  Ensure all the document and report are delivered as required

Qualifications

·  Bachelor Degree or vocational diploma in sales and marketing, hospitality management, food and beverage or equivalent
·  Minimum of 2 years’ experience in events organization as Banquet Leader
·  Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment is essential
·  Fluent in English and the national language
