Job Description
Your mission
You are in charge of the sales, organisation and smooth running of events from the customer's first contact through to invoicing. You secure meetings and banquet revenue.
· Develops close relationships with customers, while optimising revenue
· Ensures a high standard of service for customers for the meetings and events offer
· Welcomes customers and helps foster loyalty
· Remains with the customer throughout the whole event, ensuring that it runs smoothly
· Liaise with F&B and kitchen departments to organize banquets
· Ensure a positive working relationship between all departments.
· Able to generate various reports from Banqueting systems and Excel to track group and event revenue etc.
Additional Information
Prior experience is preferable
Strong communication skills
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
