Job Description

The role of an Assistant Restaurant Manager at an Accor Hotel typically involves supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure excellent service, guest satisfaction, and a high standard of food and beverage quality. 

Qualifications

·  Prior experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage, preferably in a luxury or upscale restaurant.
·  Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
·  Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
·  Knowledge of restaurant management software is an advantage.
·  Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
