Job Description

·  Assist the Director of Talent & Culture in the smooth running of the Talent & Culture function within the hotel ensuring best practice is followed at all times.
·  Be administrative, analytical, and interpersonal duties to support the HR department and its functions. This role often requires a strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, company policies, PIT, recruitment and C&B function, as well as excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
·  Monitor and manage all payroll activities to produce accurate and timely payroll
·  Maintain a good working relations with all departments and all professional external contacts

Qualifications

·  Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
·  Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
·  Proficient in MS Office
·  Good communication and ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
·  Exposure to labor law, PIT, C&B, recruitment and employment equity regulations
·  Effective HR administration and people management skills
