Job Description
· Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize catering and event services revenue
· Identify new business opportunities and conduct site visits to showcase our venue
· Create tailored event proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals
· Manage client relationships to encourage repeat business and ensure satisfaction
· Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to deliver exceptional events
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
· Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets while ensuring compliance with company policies
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field with 3-5 years of experience in catering, events, or hospitality sales
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong knowledge of catering and event industry trends
· Excellent understanding of food and beverage operations, with strong budgeting and financial management skills
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Outstanding negotiation, closing, and client relationship management skills
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
