·  Assist the Director of Sales in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets
·  Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
·  Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential clients
·  Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
·  Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
·  Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports
·  Organize and conduct client meetings, property tours, and site inspections as needed
·  Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments
·  Mentor and support junior sales team members

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
·  Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within a relevant industry
·  Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
·  Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
·  Experience with CRM systems is highly advantageous
·  Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·  Excellent organizational and time management abilities
·  Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
·  Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
·  Knowledge of local market trends and business practices in Visakhapatnam
·  Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
