Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
1st primary responsibilities
· Multiple hotel responsibility for Revenue strategy.
· Communication with hotel teams (GM, Reservations, DOS)
· Monitor the results of the hotels and identify divergences.
· Responsible for Revenue performance and reporting.
· Support the GM in the creation of strategy.
· Provide monthly forecasts for the hotels they are responsible for.
2nd primary responsibilities
· Apply RM Initiatives: Overbook, length of stay
· Act as support in the preparation of the annual revenue budget
· Responsible to host weekly Revmax meetings.
Other Responsibilities
· Communicate the processes to follow in terms of quality and data
· Support sales and reservations teams where applicable.
· Give availability and minimum rate for the group quotation.
· Analyze contract and public performance
· To support and monitor reservations department
· Educate stakeholders
Qualifications
Knowledge and Experience
· Bachelor Degree in hotel management/Finance/Economics.
· Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
· Strong user knowledge of Excel, Word and Power point.
· Knowledge of TARS/EzRMS/Opera PMS would be an added advantage.
