Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

·  Ensure the accurate positioning of the hotel in terms of occupancy and rooms availability
·  Provide effective support to the team to enable them to provide effective and efficient services.
·  Ensure that the various monthly statistical reports are generated and assist in the development of occupancy forecasts for the annual budget.
·  Collaborative attitude and willingness to work with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
·  Flexibility in handling varying reservation demands, dealing with last-minute changes, and adapting to a fast-paced environment. 

Qualifications

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

·  Should be well versed with Opera 
·  Basic knowledge of sales techniques can be an asset, aiding in upselling rooms or packages to guests.
·  Prior experience in hotel reservations, front office operations, or customer service roles is highly valued
·  Pre-opening experience would be an added advantage.
·  Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.

Additional Information

Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
