We are looking for a talented individual to assist with the management of the Food & Beverage department.
You will be responsible in assisting the Food & Beverage Manager with the launch of a exciting new restaurant & bar concept taking place early 2017.
We want a fun, enthusiastic & passionate individual.
MISSION
Commercial/retail experience is a must to embrace the new concept.
To assist with the training and implementation of the new bar & restaurant concept, ensuring all company standards are adhered to.
Help to increase awareness using social media platforms
Ensure guests receive a warm and personalised welcome
Assist with the development of the team spirit and motivate the team
Assist with the Organization and supervision of the preparation of the points of sale according to activity forecasts
