Job Description

What you'll do...

As the Learning & Development Manager , you will support three properties, Hyde Mexico City Reforma, Mama Shelter Roma and Mondrian Mexico City Condesa. As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive learning and development programs that align with our organization's strategic goals and enhance employee performance.

·  Develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan that supports organizational objectives and promotes a culture of continuous learning
·  Design, implement, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules to address skill gaps and improve employee performance
·  Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored development plans
·  Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure its effective utilization across the organization
·  Support with People & Culture functions as needed
·  Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources
·  Analyze training effectiveness through various metrics and prepare reports for senior management
·  Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
·  Ensure compliance of Ennismore ESG initiatives and rollouts
·  Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and regulations in all training initiatives

Qualifications

What we're looking for...

·  We are seeking a dynamic training professional with a minimum of two years’ experience in training, development or human resources
·  Proven track record in designing and implementing successful training programs and leadership development initiatives
·  Strong communication, organization and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
·  Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and instructional design tools
·  Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
·  Data analysis and reporting abilities to measure and communicate training effectiveness
·  Knowledge of talent development best practices and industry trends
·  Familiarity with Mexican labor laws, regulations and compliance
·  Collaborative leadership style with a vision for driving organizational growth through employee development
