We are seeking a skilled and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our authentic Arabic restaurant. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Arabic cuisine, culture, and hospitality, with strong leadership skills to manage the team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests.

 

Qualifications

·  Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in Arabic or Middle Eastern cuisine.
·  Strong understanding of Arabic culture and hospitality principles.
·  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
·  Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
·  Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting.
·  Fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred.
