Job Description
Embark on an exciting apprenticeship journey with our Design & Technical Services department, a cornerstone of Accor's ability to deliver world-class hospitality experiences. This department is committed to support partners, and supervise on design agencies, helping transform spaces through innovative design, meticulous project management, and technical excellence, ensuring every hotel embodies the essence of exceptional service, and compliance with the brands.
Over a period of 12 to 24 months, as an Apprentice Support Officer, you will contribute to projects that shape the future of hospitality. Your role will be integral in supporting ongoing initiatives and learning from seasoned professionals.
What will you do?
1 - Project Component Responsibilities
·
Learn the D&TS department’s mission and fee structures for client communication.
·
Assist in preparing client documentation after contract signing.
·
Attend meetings with project directors and take minutes.
·
Familiarize yourself with project report structures and interior architecture elements.
·
Collaborate with related departments within D&TS.
2 - Administrative Component Responsibilities
·
Understand Profit & Loss documents in meetings with Finance Planning & Analysis.
·
Support billing processes for team tasks and external consultants.
·
Learn and assist with the WeMax project tracking tool.
·
Act as an administrator for WeMax, managing project changes and issues.
·
Help the team with IT tools and onboarding new members.
·
Manage access to the D&TS Library for external users.
3 - Organizational Component Responsibilities
·
Organize and maintain shared folders on Teams.
·
Assist in creating facilitation manuals for the team.
·
Support methodologies to enhance team efficiency.
·
Help organize various meetings and manage agendas.
·
Be the referent for AI tools used in note-taking and documentation.
·
Facilitate the logistics for team meetings as needed.
Qualifications
Our ideal profile would be:
·
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Administration, or Design.
·
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
·
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
·
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
·
Professional fluency in French and English.
