Key tasks
As part of the Luxury Brand division of AccorHotels, within the Communication team, you will participate in our editorial content projects for our luxury brands. We produce magazines for four of our luxury brands on travel and luxury lifestyle content, with a release in print version twice a year, and content development for our brand websites according to our editorial calendar.
Within a very international environment, you will contribute to bringing to life these content projects on a daily basis:
- Finalization of creative concepts for print & web (structure, themes, look & feel…)
- Implementation of our new approach for the magazine section on our websites
- Creation of our print & web magazines (subjects, editorial calendar…)
- Driving and Coordination of the content creation for print & web, in collaboration with our agencies
- Coordination with internal stakeholders and regional relays
- Definition and implementation of communication plans to amplify content, in coordination with the relevant teams (social media, web, partnerships, sales…)
- Follow-up of orders and logistics with our partner agencies
- Tracking and analysis of KPIs
- Budget follow-up
- All of our content is created in English
You will work in close collaboration with the other members of the LUXE team and with a range of transversal departments : brand management, marketing/communication regional relays, e-commerce, social media, partnerships, procurement… and with outside contacts (agencies, partners…)
12 months – begining either July 2018 or September 2018

Essential and optional requirements
Required languages : French & English
Native English speaker, Bilingual English or Excellent mastery of English, both Spoken & Written, required (all our magazines are created in English)
Fluent French strongly preferred
Autonomy and Attention to detail, as well as organizational skills
Good writing skills
Capacity to identify the essential points, and coordinate and work as part of a team
A first professional experience in marketing and/or project management in an international environment is preferred. A first experience or exposure to publishing is also a positive point.
Interest for luxury and for the travel and hospitality sector.
