Job Description

Are you looking to kick-start your career in procurement and category management in a vibrant, international environment?

Join our Europe & North Africa Procurement team (Astore) as a Junior Category Manager apprentice and contribute to optimizing Food & Beverage purchasing strategies across our network of hotels.

This apprenticeship opportunity is available starting from September/October 2025, for 1 or 2 years, depending on your academic path.

What will you do?

·  Support the development of F&B category strategies to meet hotels’ needs and market trends
·  Help define product and service ranges, managing offerings on our marketplace
·  Assist with supplier selection and negotiations, from sourcing to contract implementation
·  Contribute to supplier performance evaluations, ensuring compliance and contract follow-up
·  Participate in CSR initiatives by supporting suppliers in evaluating and improving their social and environmental practices

Qualifications

Our ideal profile would be:

·  Currently pursuing a degree in business, procurement, supply chain, or a related field, with availability for a 1 or 2-year apprenticeship
·  Ideally, a first experience or strong interest in procurement, category management, or F&B industry
·  Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and working with autonomy
·  Fluent in French and proficient in English (written and spoken)
·  Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI
