Job Description

·  Prepare Payable vouchers and initiate the payment process in timely manner
·  Review supplier outstanding statement
·  Collect and review all documents necessary for preparation of the payment run
·  Properly monitor the issuance of cheques and the safeguard of any unused cheques

Qualifications

·  Graduate of Accounting or any related course
·  With 2-3 years of work experience on the same field
·  Easily adapt to a fast phase working environment
·  Can work under pressure
