The Analyst Consulting Group (ACG) is Accenture's main graduate intake programme, consisting of our Analyst employees across the business. The ACG Training Specialist role sits within the Analyst Consulting Group, and the role will report in to the ACG Training Lead, with dotted lines into the ACG's HR Business Partner and the UK Learning Lead.
As the ACG Training Specialist, your role is to support the implementation of the ACG training strategy by building strong and trusted relationships with ACG business stakeholders, HR, Finance, Internal Comms, Local Training Management and global Accenture Learning, bringing together an understanding of local and global DTE learning and your knowledge of local business priorities and market demands.
What responsibilities will you have?
Strategy & Planning:
Build and maintain strong and trusted relationships with the ACG Training Lead and Team, the ACG HR Business Partner, Talent Fulfilment Specialist and People Advisor, ACG Finance Team, ACG Internal Comms, Local Training Management and UK Learning Lead to gather perspective on UK requirements and ensure alignment with the ACG Training strategy
Work with the ACG Training Lead, Local Training Management and HR to develop and maintain the ACG session plan at start of the Fiscal Year, taking into consideration balancing out chargeability
Work with ACG Finance, HR and the ACG Training Lead to create and manage the ACG training budget, build the PD&R forecast and conduct regular reviews to monitor spend against the budget
Work with global learning and local teams to plan and monitor analyst participation in the global Consulting University Training programme
Own and maximise value from ACG Cognician relationship and ACG Digital Learning assets. Work with ACG Internal Comms to develop communication strategy and drive uptake in these tools
Collaborate and work closely with the ACG Training Team (made up of 20-25 Analysts), to drive the ACG Training team's goals and to steer and facilitate the ACG Training Community e.g. through running and attending monthly ACG Monthly Training Calls
Partner with Analysts to develop, test, build and deploy new training initiatives and then scale what works
Work with the ACG Group Leads and Training Reps in each ACG Group to help drive the learning strategy across the group and cascade communications

Training Delivery, Tracking & Measurement:
Take accountability for delivery of the ACG training plan, partnering with the responsible Accenture Learning Delivery teams
Own local course content for the O&I, ACG Runway, A2 training programmes
ACG Runway Training: Onboard Faculty & External Speakers, act as point of contact for all queries; ensure all content is in place; review & update content based on feedback and work with internal champions to create additional content
Agile/Excel Training: Manage Analyst comms, work with ACG to ensure seats are filled, act as point of contact for Analysts and Local Training Management; organise Accenture SPOCs to run follow up sessions; review completions; allocate People Page flairs
A2 Training: Work with Local Training Management to get sessions scheduled, own schedule and internal course content, ensure all content is in place; onboard Faculty and act as point of contact for Faculty throughout training
Partner with UK Learning Lead to identify gaps in local training needs and to develop a solution
Provide management insights on learning metrics to help drive necessary actions and decisions
Carry out ongoing analysis to ensure training ROI and identification of cost saving opportunities
Approve POs as appropriate based on career level thresholds
