The role_ Client Advisor with German_ is part-time and it was shaped in order to cover temporary work volumes supporting a large and dynamic team.

What will you do:

• Offer support to the team on volumes based on initial training;

• Handle all incoming calls and emails from the client business, suppliers and internal teams in relation with accounting or procurement operations;
• Answer to the client's or supplier´s requirements in the professional manner by demonstrating and using of professional knowledge;
• Proactively initiate follow-up calls;
• Ensure the continuous improvement of response time to queries;
• Gather full scale knowledge and be able to recommend the most appropriate solution for the customer and answer clients' questions regarding our services.

Qualifications :

• German language - Advanced (B2);
• English language - Upper - Intermediate (B1- B2);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Proven ability to work on own initiative;
• Innovative thinking to deliver and improve service for the client;
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients;
• Strengthen collegiality and coherence among team members and colleagues;
• Availability to work in two shifts (9:00- 18:00 ; 10:00 – 19:00)

• Availability to work on a 6-hour part-time schedule.
